Have you guys heard the crazy but terrifyingly plausible story that Sarah Palin's youngest son, Trig, is actually her daughter's child?

I saw that at ontd_political, and I really don't know how I feel about it. As you said, it does seem "terrifyingly plausible," and if it is true, then she needs to be called out on it. But at the same time, I sit here and hope that no one runs with the story, because I know it will backfire so bad that McCain will win. (At the same time, I know that if the political parties were reversed and a Democrat had possibly pulled this move, the Republicans would have a freakin' field day and still come out smelling like roses.)

If only because it seems like the sort of dark twisted shit the Republican party usually feeds on, you know?

But I guess Charlie Crist will be dumping his new 'fiancee' any moment now...
