if it's just the chain that bothers you, can't you get a thicker chain for it? i've become convinced that whoever manufactures whole necklaces have no idea of the average person's neck size or comfort. any time someone gets me a necklace, i ALWAYS have to switch it to a better chain because the chain that comes with is always crappy. :P except for one that had the chain attached so i just got an extender....but THAT one (gift from my TX friends Tanth and his wife Alspeth) had a decently solid chain on it...was just too short. :P

tho maybe you can exchange it for your bro's idea of a fobwatch if you really don't like it. if you think you might wear it, i say just go get a better chain ;)
