Now you know how I feel about friends who love TOS best then either DS9 or TNG. *g* Also, DS9 might yet overtake TNG in his affections - with me, it was a gradual process, not an instant thing. I think it was somewhere between seasons 4 and 5 that I realised that while I still loved TNG as fondly as ever, I loved DS9 just that tiny bit more, and certainly regarded it as the best written of the shows.
