Mom: They're going to cap people's salaries!
Me: So? What's wrong with that?
Mom: It's SOCIALISM?
Me: Yeah, but so what? Like half the world runs on socialism.
Mom: All those poor countries!
Me: ... no, I was thinking more like the United Kingdom and France and Germany. They're basically socialist governments.
Mom: ...
Me: Do you know what socialism is?
