Tearing apart the women who do appear on TV because they're not YOU is an inherently stupid way to discuss their potentials as feminist/not-feminist

I read a rant once about female characters and how they are not judged on their own merits most of the time, but how much do/don't do for the cause of (specific kinds of) feminism. And Item 1c reminded me of that rant.

But all of it? This so hard. Especially Item 1c.
