I don't normally do the birfday thing (because you gotta keep up your curmudgeonly vibe somehow), but kiss_me_cassie BAKES ME THINGS. And is a good person, and rocks etc etc etc.

But most importantly, she bakes me things like bread. I broke a bowl yesterday trying to find the rest of my bread in the fridge. I broke the bowl and then didn't do a good job slucing the ceramic out of the food I scooped off the floor, which is why the garbage disposal is currently broken.

And then I realized I had already eaten it the night before.

I wanted to go to the Creation con on Saturday so I could see all the DS9 peeps and um, meet fandom people. Alas, I didn't remember and traded tomorrow for Saturday for my other office mate and now I cannot go. Lamesauce.

It's okay because technically, it's not money I should be spending.
