I spent like four hours today dealing with Verizon Wireless administration. (Basically, in order to order a new phone I had to socially engineer switching control of the account from my mother to my father, and then once they did that I had to do it AGAIN to add myself as a secondary user again...)

My new phone is supposed to be here on Tuesday.

And then the power went off at 6:30 and only just now got fixed.

What a fucking shitty day. (Except for Joe Biden.)
