No no no, not near the transition offices. Near Farragut Square, for a while before the election. If I recall correctly, the big transition office is closer to Gallery Place, which is like a half hour walk from Farragut Square and close to the Capitol. He's closer to the White House.

I have no clue what he was doing there, though, the FBI headquarters isn't even near there, either.

He's genuinely crazy, so I'm sure he just picked a corner out. He wasn't anywhere near the FBI offices in the Loop either.
